Humanity Means Business is an independent research and advisory group that seeks to help shape our tech-transformed human future and harness technology as a force for good. Through research and wide engagement, Humanity Means Business develops new ideas and input to policy decisions associated with the opportunities and risks of the technology transformation of human societies. Humanity Means Business also develops new business governance, structure and public engagement strategies and models for a tech-transformed future world of work and commerce. We build consideration of human differentiation, corporate purpose, sustainability and diversity to private sector strategy, for shareholder and societal benefit.

Humanity Means Business was founded by Alison Purdue. Alison is an experienced international business professional, strategy consultant, and executive coach with nearly 20 years in the tech and FTSE 10 arena. She is an MBA graduate with an additional Masters in Human Resource Management.     Alison is passionate about putting purpose at the heart of an organisation’s strategy. And, building organisations that value diversity, sustainability and a clear-sighted consciousness of private-sector governance and employment opportunities and responsibilities of the future.
